Applications are being accepted for two residencies in the clay studio. One residency will open up in March 2012, the second in June; DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 14, 2012.

Artsee magazine reporter, Katie Bowler, and photographer, Donn Young, spent a beautiful spring day this past March learning about sustainable uses for landfill gases. Glass blower, Aaron Baigelman, was their guide; EnergyXchange, their yet-to-be explored territory.

After 12pm on Saturday, the gate is closed. Please call 828-675-5541 and press "1". Available residents will come and unlock the gate.
